1. About Yudh

Yudh is an online astrology and astrology-assisted reading service available through yudh.in. Features may include birth-chart information, conversational readings, automated/AI-assisted responses, paid passes and optional human consultation or notification features.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing a service. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through it. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse or violation of these Terms.

3. Nature of astrology readings

Astrology is interpretive and belief-based. Yudh does not guarantee that a reading, prediction, date, event, personality description or recommendation will be accurate or occur. Do not make important medical, legal, financial, investment, employment, relationship or safety decisions solely because of a Yudh reading.

4. AI-assisted content

Some responses may be generated with AI. AI-generated content can contain mistakes, omissions or inappropriate interpretations. You are responsible for evaluating information before acting on it.

5. Paid passes

Paid passes provide the access, duration and usage limits shown on the purchase screen at the time of purchase. Prices and plans may change prospectively. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. A successful payment does not guarantee any particular prediction or outcome.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another authorised payment provider. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider according to its own security, privacy and terms. Yudh may receive transaction identifiers and payment status needed to confirm a purchase.

7. Refunds and failed payments

All purchases are final and non-refundable. No refund will be provided for a change of mind, unused questions, unused pass time, dissatisfaction with an AI-generated reading, disagreement with an interpretation, or failure to use the purchased access during its validity period. If a payment is successfully debited but the paid access is not activated because of a Yudh-side technical failure, contact us promptly with the transaction/order reference so we can investigate and, where appropriate, restore the purchased access or provide the remedy required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right or statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not use Yudh for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, authentication, rate limits or security controls.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not submit another person’s private information without appropriate authority.
• Do not represent Yudh-generated content as a professional diagnosis, legal opinion, financial recommendation or guaranteed prediction.

9. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Yudh website, software, branding, interface, original text and design are owned by or licensed to Yudh and may not be copied, republished, sold or commercially exploited without permission. You retain rights in information you submit, subject to the processing needed to provide the service.

10. Third-party services

Yudh may depend on third-party services including hosting, payment processing, AI infrastructure, maps/geocoding, email and other integrations. Their availability and terms may change independently of Yudh.

11. Availability

We aim to keep Yudh available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, security incidents, third-party failures and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yudh is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on an astrology reading. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of Yudh, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

14. Complaints and support

For a service, payment, privacy or content complaint, contact the site administrator at ibaibhavsingh@gmail.com. We will review genuine complaints and respond through the available contact details.

15. Changes and termination

We may change features or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material breach.

16. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other rights that apply to you.

17. Important limitation

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are intended to clearly explain the service and reduce avoidable disputes, but no website policy can guarantee immunity from complaints, claims, regulatory action or litigation. Compliance also depends on how Yudh actually collects, uses, stores and presents information, as well as on applicable law.
