1. Who this policy is for

This Privacy Policy explains how Yudh ("Yudh", "we", "us") processes personal information when you use yudh.in, create an account, request an astrology reading, contact us, or purchase a pass.

2. Information we may collect

• Identity and contact information: name, email address and mobile number when you provide them.
• Birth and profile information: date of birth, birth time, birth place and related profile details needed to generate a reading.
• Questions and interactions: questions you ask, reading choices, feedback and messages you submit.
• Account and transaction information: account identifiers, plan selected, order/payment identifiers and payment status. Card, UPI and other payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not intentionally stored by Yudh.
• Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, security logs, cookies and similar information needed to operate and protect the website.

3. Why we use information

We may process information to provide requested readings and features, create and maintain accounts, process purchases, verify payments, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, comply with law, and improve the service.

4. Consent and applicable data-protection law

Where consent is required, Yudh will request it in a clear manner and use personal data only for the stated purpose or another lawful purpose permitted by applicable law. India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 contains requirements concerning notice, consent and handling of personal data. Yudh will apply the requirements that are applicable to its processing activities.

5. Astrology information

Birth information and questions can be personally revealing. Please provide only information you are comfortable sharing. Yudh readings are generated by AI and are intended for personal reflection and entertainment/guidance. No human astrologer is involved in generating or reviewing these automated readings. They are not a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, safety or other professional advice.

6. Sharing and service providers

We may share the minimum information necessary with service providers that help us operate Yudh, such as hosting, security, email/notification services, analytics where enabled, AI/model infrastructure, and payment processing. Razorpay or another payment processor may process payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.

7. AI processing

Yudh’s automated astrology readings are generated by AI systems. No human astrologer reviews, writes, edits or approves the automated readings. Information needed to produce the requested reading may be processed by those AI systems. AI-generated content can contain mistakes or inappropriate interpretations. Do not submit passwords, financial account credentials, government ID numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Where applicable, you may request correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, subject to information we are legally required or legitimately entitled to retain.

9. Privacy requests and complaints

For privacy questions or requests concerning your personal information, contact the site administrator at ibaibhavsingh@gmail.com. Please include enough information to identify the relevant account or request, but do not send passwords or payment credentials.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

Yudh may use cookies or browser storage for language preferences, login/session functionality, security and essential site operation. Third-party services may set their own cookies where enabled by their integrations.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No internet service can promise absolute security.

12. Children

Yudh is not designed as a service for children. Do not submit a child’s personal information unless you are legally authorised to do so and the information is genuinely necessary for the requested service.

We may update this policy when the service, technology or applicable law changes. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date.

14. Applicable law

This policy is intended for use in India and is subject to applicable Indian law, while preserving any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer or data-protection law.
